Free Footie Pattern

This is just a simple sketch of the pieces I use to make my footed longies. These are really easy to make, just size these by percentage according to your child’s foot size making sure to make it large enough to include a seam allowance….or simply add a 1/4 inch allowance to this pattern. I like to use this mostly with the sleeves of sweaters, as the cuff is usually slimmer at the bottom so there’s no additional slimming down to what will be the ankle. You can use this for any pant pattern though, just keep in mind you will need to slim the leg down toward the ankle or it will be really big and poofy.

Enjoy!
